Sales Letters

Sales letters for most part are unsolicited letters. In modern times, when we open our mail box, we find innumerable letters from marketing, sales and public relation personnel. The mail is so heavy that sometimes they are treated by recipients as junk mail. They are part of a sales promotion campaign of the companies. They have to be persuasive in nature. All letters should follow the principle of AIDA. The letter should attract the attention of the reader, the reader’s interest should be aroused, a desire should be kindled in the reader and a clear action plan should be provided for the reader.

A sales letter should:

1. Attract attention

2. Kindle interest

3. Create a desire

4. Promote action.

hai.., i want a sample letter/email format for sales communication for the topic ” You are delivery manager and you couldn’t deliver the product to client on time.. you need to write letter to the client..”
